Due to some special reasons, we cannot 100% guarantee the shipping timeframe to France. If you are experiencing any problems with your package, we will try to help you resolve the issue.
Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time
Processing time includes the production time of the product.
Production time varies by product type. Common products typically require 1-2 days of production time, while customized products take a little longer, usually up to 1-3 days. This time is not included in the delivery time. Thank you for your understanding.
Shipping Methods
Woodemon uses different carriers to ensure your items arrive on time. When your items are shipped, we will use the most appropriate delivery method depending on the weight and shipping destination of your package.
Our carriers include: 4PX, Yun Express, FEDEX.
The merchandise you order may be shipped from several different warehouses, and items may arrive separately. If this is the case, you will not incur additional shipping charges.
Your shipping charge (if applicable) will be split across multiple packages when your order is shipped.
Notes
- We are unable to provide delivery for PO/BO BOX addresses and military addresses. Please use a valid residential address, and the products will be delivered directly to your home.
- If your tracking shows "no information available at the moment," please note this is entirely normal as the package moves from country to country. Once it lands in France, it will be quickly delivered to your doorstep by local courier services.
Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships, containing your tracking information. However, due to free shipping, sometimes tracking information may not be available.
My tracking says “no information available.”
For some shipping companies, it may take 2-5 business days for tracking information to update in the system.
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase may sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you specified combined shipping.
